We're based in Stoke-on-Trent and work right across Staffordshire — and well beyond it into Cheshire, Derbyshire and the Shropshire border. The towns below are simply where we are most often.
Stoke-on-Trent
Our home patch. Hanley, Burslem, Longton, Fenton, Tunstall and everything between — plus the terraces and semis around Hartshill, Shelton and Penkhull where most of our HMO and renovation work sits.
Newcastle-under-Lyme
Ten minutes from the office. Extensions and loft conversions across Clayton, Westlands, Silverdale and Chesterton, and a steady run of student-let refurbishments closer to the university.
Stone
Period property and larger family homes. Rear extensions, back-to-brick renovations and the kind of careful work that older brickwork asks for.
Stafford
Extensions, loft conversions and full refurbishments across Stafford and the surrounding villages. Far enough out that we programme it properly rather than squeezing it in.
Leek
Stone-built and solid-wall properties on the edge of the moorlands, where damp, pointing and insulation all need handling differently to a cavity-wall semi.
Cheadle
Extensions, kitchens and bathrooms across Cheadle and the surrounding villages, including rural properties off the mains.
Biddulph
Renovations and extensions in Biddulph, Knypersley and Brown Edge — regular work for us on the northern edge of the city.
Kidsgrove
Terraced and semi-detached refurbishment, HMO conversions and landlord maintenance across Kidsgrove, Talke and Butt Lane.
Alsager
Just over the Cheshire border. Extensions, loft conversions and whole-house refurbishment.
Congleton
Our eastern edge. Extensions and renovations in Congleton, Astbury and Mossley — we take on projects here where the programme allows.
Not on the list?
Ring us anyway — the list is where we work most, not a boundary. For larger projects, a full renovation or an HMO conversion, we travel well outside Staffordshire because the job justifies it. For a half-day repair a long way out we probably won't, and we'll tell you that straight rather than quoting high to put you off.
