Bathrooms & en-suites
A bathroom is a small room with a lot going on in it. Waterproofing, falls, ventilation, electrics and tiling all have to be right, and all of it is visible.
We refit bathrooms and build en-suites across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and the surrounding areas — including the awkward ones under a staircase or into a chimney recess where the standard answer is that it will not fit.

Design and measure
We lay the room out to scale before anything is bought, so you find out about the door swing now rather than on fitting day.
- 02
Strip out
Old suite and tiles out, walls prepared, floor checked for movement and strengthened where a stone or large-format tile needs it.
- 03
First fix and tanking
Pipework and electrics reworked, extraction ducted outside, and wet areas tanked properly behind the tile — the step most often skipped.
- 04
Tiling and installation
Tiles set out from the eye-line so cuts land where they are least visible. Suite, screen and shower installed and tested.
- 05
Finish
Grouted, siliconed, decorated, floor laid and cleaned. Everything commissioned and demonstrated before we leave.

Questions we get asked
How long does a bathroom refit take?
A standard family bathroom is typically 7 to 12 working days including tiling and drying time. En-suites are usually a little quicker. Moving the soil stack or the room itself adds time.
Can you fit an en-suite where there is no plumbing?
Usually yes. A macerator handles it where gravity drainage cannot be run, though we always look at running a proper waste first — it is quieter, more reliable and better for resale.
Do you supply the suite and tiles?
We can, and we will pass on trade pricing. Plenty of clients prefer to choose and buy their own — that is completely fine, we will give you a delivery schedule to work to.
